Customers selecting store pickup must wait until they receive a “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email before arriving.

We will fulfill contact-lens orders only after receiving or verifying a valid prescription when required by law. We may request prescription and prescriber information necessary to process or verify an order.
Customers should obtain a proper eye examination and fitting from a licensed eye-care professional and must follow all professional and manufacturer instructions regarding insertion, removal, cleaning, storage, replacement, and safe use.
Do not share contact lenses or use damaged, expired, improperly fitted, or contaminated lenses. Discontinue use and seek professional eye care immediately if pain, redness, blurred vision, discharge, swelling, or significant discomfort occurs.
